We are also a reputed consultant and provide customized solutions to the problems related to control and instrumentation in various industries and provide indegenous alternative to the imported controllers and systems. The controllers and monitors are designed keeping in mind the requirement of the end users.

- Diligent Burner Flame Monitors
We have range of flame sensors to suit specific application e.g. Diligent PR-EYE for oil flame, Diligent PV-EYE for oil flame, Diligent UV EYE for Gas and oil flame, Diligent N-EYE for gas flame, Diligent IR-EYE for gas/oil/coal flame. These sensors are available in either 'front viewing' or 'side viewing' type. Cooling Air Adaptor is an optional accessory available to prevent hot fuel gases heating sensor.
- Diligent Autocom Series Automatic Burner Controller
Diligent Autocom Series is for automatic controllers, used for simplest to the most complex burners. Different type of Autocon controllers had to be developed for the individual demand for various applications. Due to our professional approach all our controllers have been performing well even in continuous applications and under adverse field application.
- Diligent Protector Series
These relays are - solid state electronic type and we have designed and developed wide range of AC and DC Protection relays to answer the needs of modern industries in most cost effective manner. Our relays have number of protection features such as overload, single phasing, phase reversal, jamming etc. Our relay can now be configured to incorporate user specified combination of various protection features.
- Diligent Protector AC Relays
The Protector AC relays are avaliable in 1ph and 3ph types. 1 ph relays are useful on single phase load and can also be used as economical solution for 3 ph applications whenever load is balanced.
- Current Operated Single Phasing (COSP) Protector
Current Operated Single Phasing (COSP) Protector continuously monitor current in each phase. Whenever current in any one phase is lost, control relay change the state. This considerably limits severity of thermal stresses due to large current in other phase windings of motor
- Voltage Operated Single Phasing (VOSP) Protector
This protection prevents switching the motor on, if any one phase is absent.
This does not allow load to be switched on, if incoming supply phases are not connected in correct sequence.
- Diligent Protector DC Relays
We have also developed protection relays for DC loads such as DC motor, DC Generator, Rectifier sets, DC Electromagnets etc. These relays are available in three types namely Instantaneous, Time Delayed and Jam type similar to the AC relays. Optionally the relay can be made suitable to work with use specified stunt
- Diligent Protector Voltage Relay
This relay respond to the voltage and is available in three types. These relays are avilable for both AC and DC voltages.
- Diligent Protector Thermi Trip
This relay responds to the temperature sensor embedded in the winding of motor/transformer/solenoid valve to be protected. Whenever the temperature exceeds the set limit for longer than the time set, Thermi Trip switches off the load.
Service
Diligent product supplied by us carries warranty for a period of twelve months from the date of delivery from our unit. During the warranty period we undertake to repair or replace our defective unit as per the conditions.
